Our partnership with ANIQUEM shows our commitment to recycling and has resulted in the donation of over 54,700 kg of recyclable materials, generating a triple impact: protecting the environment, promoting green employment, and co-financing rehabilitation treatments for burn survivors.
With the Ministry of Environment – Peru’s support, we measured our carbon footprint, allowing us to direct efforts toward reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting sustainable practices. This key step toward becoming carbon-neutral reinforces our commitment to climate action.
Hexagonal fermenters were donated to cooperatives and independent producers in Pasco, San Martín, Junín, Cusco, and Ayacucho to strengthen the cocoa value chain. The initiative, which includes a local Satipo manufacturer, aims to improve fermentation processes and reduce labor in rural areas.
This is a participatory research project to profile organic cocoa producers. Socioeconomic diagnostics are used to design targeted interventions. The focus is on producers with more than four hectares of certified organic and sustainable certificactions land.
