Raw cacao products

Raw cacao nibs are small chunks of fermented cocoa beans which were previously carefully selected, cleaned and dehydrated at a moderate temperature.
The beans are then shelled, removing its husks, and ground up and filtered into crunchy delicious nibs.

Natural raw cacao powder has 14-16% fat content and is obtained by pulverizing the broken raw cacao cake into a fine powder form.
