At Machu Picchu Foods, we have spent over 25 years helping leading brands bring their chocolate products to life.

We operate two factories in Peru:

  • Callao factory with 21,800 m², it is dedicated to finished and semi-finished products.
  • Pisco factory with 158,000 m² located in Ica, 230 km south of Lima. It is the first Kosher Parve-certified plant in South America, specializing in both finished and semi-finished chocolate products.​

We also work with single-origin cocoa, sourced from over 30 collection centers across the Peruvian Amazon. Each bean is carefully selected to ensure the highest quality.

Our commitment to sustainability and social impact allows us to work directly with more than 15,000 farming families, through technical and social programs that improve their practices and increase the value of their harvests.

Once approved, we source top-quality ingredients and packaging materials that meet the highest quality and safety standards.

5. Launch | Your product is ready to be manufactured

We produce it in our state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring every detail matches your specifications.
