8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This agreement will be governed in all its points by the laws in force in the Republic of Peru. The parties expressly agree that, in the event of disputes, they undertake to make their best and greatest efforts to find, directly or assisted, a mutually satisfactory solution. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the improbable case of continuing the controversy, and even when it refers to the nullity, validity, execution or total or partial interpretation of this contract, the parties expressly agree to resort to legal arbitration through the Arbitral Tribunal of the Lima Chamber of Commerce, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Center, to whose rules, administration and decision the parties unconditionally submit, declaring that they are aware of and accept them in their entirety. The arbitration will take place in the city of Lima, in the Spanish language and at the place that the Arbitration Court decides. The arbitration will be carried out in accordance with current legal regulations. The arbitration ruling will be final and not subject to appeal.

PRIVACY POLICY

In this document, MACHU PICCHU FOODS S.A.C. (hereinafter “MACHU PICCHU FOODS ”) makes its Privacy Policy available to users, which is in harmony with current regulations on the protection of Personal Data (Law No. 29733 and Supreme Decree 003-2013-JUS).
