This manufacturing facility has a total surface area of 158,000 m2 and produces organic finished and semi-finished products such as cocoa powder, liquor, and butter in many formats. It’s located in Ica, about 230 km from Lima - Peru, and was the first certified Kosher Parve chocolate plant in South America (2010).

Our single-origin cocoa beans are sourced directly from over 30 warehouses across the Peruvian Amazon and are hand-picked to ensure the highest quality for the final product.

We work directly with local cocoa farmers, creating a positive impact on 15,000 farmers families through social and technical assistance programs to improve their production practices and ensure the value of their harvest.
